It's a Styler Toolbar -- you need the program, then extract this and drop it in with the other styles.

This post seems a bit late, but this is a great Styler toolbar, everything that is needed is added here forward, up, and back buttons, all 4 file view options, the search pane window is set to the right length. I hate a tiny search bar and have to edit another person's code to make it a bit bigger. A very nice release. Thumbs Up!!!!
